The Centralised Location Based Engine (CLBE) is a Wireless@SG Access Point location database. Third-party application developers will be able to leverage on this information and develop location-based services (LBS). Consumers will be able to enjoy LBS in all Wireless@SG hotspots, regardless of operator.
